Functions

Equipment Configuration - Tracks and maintains all equipment specifications and assembly hierarchies, master data information, category and status of each equipment or facility including location management and life metrics ( time or mileage ).

Maintenance Activities Allows user to enter and maintain all procedures, instructions, documentation and activities with standard labour hours for planning and tracking.

Work Order Management –Allows for the generation, release and completion of work orders. It captures and tracks all maintenance labour, parts and costs as well as all outstanding open and closed works orders

Work Requests – Allows users to enter requests for maintenance work to be carried out and maintains records of all requests, faults, repairs for equipment and assets as well as tracking all causes and actions.

Warranty Management - Keeps track of all the parts, labour and other warranties of the equipments and the facilities as per the warranty provider’s terms and conditions

Preventive Maintenance (PM) – Generates PM works orders over user defined future time horizons and allows users to schedule cyclical and non-cyclical preventative management procedures and inspections on all equipments and facilities.

Fueling and consumables – Permits the entry and tracks all consumables and fueling transaction records and inventory replenishment requirements.

Analytical Reporting – Provides standard reports and queries as well as reporting on key performance indicators on the equipment or facility performance, costs. reliability and equipment replacement requirements.

Operating Metrics - Defines equipment life span, use and performance.

Human Resources – Maintains employee data, labor grades and rates.
