Using Plus One TODAY allows users to stay up-to-date with company news, promotions & events via the Intra-Company Newsletter. Users can also view and group KPIs in the live and graphical dashboard, as well as see what is specifically important to them in the My Activities Sidebar

Query Management
Plus One Today utilizes queries created in Business One’s Query Manager area and allows a user to setup where and how those queries appear in the “Plus One Today” screen.
B1 Queries can be added to the Plus One Today screen as follows:

• First, create any queries in Business One as normal.
• They will then be placed into categories.
• Plus One Today supports a maximum of 4 queries per category (the number that will physically fit onto a tab on the main screen).
• Then under the “Manage Categories”, mark each desired category as a “Plus One Query” and click “Update”

Side Bar Query. The Plus One Today screen has the capability of displaying a series of query results (record counts) on the right-hand portion of the screen.

Embedded company newsletters on the Business One desktop keeps users current with company, customer, product, and promotional news. “Intranet” newsletter is comprised of an easy to create & maintain html document which lets management keep its employees up-to-date with all important company issues. Extend customizable dashboards from familiar Business One queries on the desktop. Automatically graphed KPIs and standard queries provided with the ability to setup user defined queries. “Today” sidebar menu shows users exactly what’s important to them today, including calls, meetings, activities, alerts, approvals, and service calls due today.
